- I've been trying to build the MIT distribution of X11R5 using the
- R5.HP.SRV patches from export.lcs.mit.edu.
-
- 1. Has anyone who has tried this had any problems? xterm won't compile
- because of some conflicting #defines in <stdio.h>. Is there a patch?
-
- 2. Has anyone taken the time to get imake & xmkmf to work correctly
- under hpux 8.0 on either 700's or 300's? I used the hp.cf from
- R5.HP.SRV as a basis, but I can't compile things like xphoon.tar.Z
- manually without adding some #defines. Even then it won't link because
- this code calls some code in libraries which aren't available.
-
- Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
- Adrian.
