  13. I am relatively new to VMS, having done some X windows development on Unix.
  14. What do I need to start developing X clients under VMS?  Where do I get the
  15. libraries, header files, etc?  A product from Dec?  I am interested in X11R5
  16. and Motif 1.1.  Thanks for any help.
