  11. The January 4 issue of the leading Network World newspaper has
  12. a well-written, detailed story entitled "User firms plagued by LAN
  13. money pits."  The subtitle reads "Forrester study finds cost of
  14. local net support eating up corporate cash but offers tips for
  15. relief."  The article has a graph of annual charges for different
  16. kinds of support on a 5,000-user network.

  18. Our LAN customer services support groups here have some extra
  19. copies of this issue which we can mail to interested people.  In
  20. general, this is quite a good networking newspaper and is free to
  21. qualified people, at least in the US.
