- Greetings Commodore-Interested News-Readers!
-
- I am the editor of a Commodore and Amiga computer Users Group at my
- place of business (no, not the one that I have this account on, un-
- fortunately...), and I have been searching for quite some time for
- Commodore 64 & Commodore 128 articles that could be reprinted in our
- newsletter. Since I only have news privleges on this account, I can't
- FTP anything, either, so I'm kinda between a rock and a hard spot.
-
- If you know where I might be able to pick up on some news (if there IS
- any...) and information (there should be *something*) on Commodore
- 64 and C=128 systems, it'd be greatly appreciated.
-
- I do have an account on GEnie, but much of what gets put on-line there
- is in the form of compressed files that my humble Amiga can't deal with.
- The decompressed versions I have looked over, and have picked through
- what was of interest. The last time I did this was back in September.
- I went through about a year's worth of material, and only came up with a
- handful of articles...argh!
-
- Any additional sources of material would be appreciated...I think some
- of my readers (we have about a 50-50 ratio of Amiga users and 8-bit
- users) are getting tired of newsletters that are highly Amiga-biased.
-
- Thanks Mucho!
