- That is not true. OS/2 wants "lots" of RAM only by PC standards. The
- operating system takes up between 18 and 35 megs of disk depending on
- what features you want available. That is par for the course for a
- decent OS. As for processor speed, I have seen OS/2 run nicely on
- a 386/16mhz box. RAM is the critical factor (just like unix). If
- you have 8megs or more (and why not when it costs $30/meg???) there
- are no more speed problems.

- I couldn't agree more. It is difficult to support all of the
- different devices, but at least they are trying instead of
- forcing you into using their hardware (like Atari).
