- No, he means _real_ operating systems, like OS/2. You know, that
- multi-tasking, multi-threading OS from IBM? The one that does better
- DOS than DOS?

- The ST has some good software, but the clones have TONNES of good
- software, and some GREAT software. Where is CorelDRAW! or MicroGrafix
- Designer for the ST? Well, I could use Avaunt-Vektor, which costs about
- 3x-4x what they cost, and that's about it... so much for choosing the
- best one, right? Good word processor that doesn't take over the whole
- screen when it runs? Hmm, can't think of one... Hope all the word
- processor users on the ST don't want to use MultiTOS.

- Unless somebody can convince me otherwise, I think I'm going to buy a
- '486 and run OS/2. It's almost like unix, but with real applications...
