- The question arises: why the *#:: does Atari have this attitude? I agree,
- it's like they ENJOY shooting themselves in the foot after making a really
- neat new gizmo... I'd love to buy a Falcon, I really would... But
- like a lot of other Atarians, I'm still in wait-and-see mode. I have
- to say I probably won't buy a mac. At $300 for X windowing software
- and similar absurd prices for most of what else I'd want, I have no
- use for the company... However, all someone has to do is add the
- right few co-processors to a clone and I'm gone... Don't think that
- will happen for a long time yet though so once again I'm back in
- wait-and-see mode...
