- Hi, Craig!
-

-
- This is probably the biggest problem with Uniterm; if you've got a big
- screen, it can't take advantage. Of course, that's not what it was
- designed for.

-
- I've also played around with CoNNect; it works VERY similarly to
- STalker. They're highly competitive, having surprisingly similar
- features. If CoNNect could run as a desk accessory, it would be hard
- to tell them apart.
-
- CoNNect does better VTxxx terminal emulations, and is able to handle
- virtually everything up to a VT220. I've used some nasty applications
- under it like GNU-Emacs, that takes the termcap virtually to its
- limit, and never had a problem.
-
- STalker isn't as good in this category. The best that you can get is
- an "ANSI" terminal emulation.

-
- STalker IS good; and the fact that I (and probably Craig) know the
- authour has nothing to do with it.

-
- For those of us that HAVE to use Kermit, Uniterm is still the program
- of choice.
