- Charles F. Johnson of CodeHead Technologies has written an
- excellent GEM based "shell" for the popular archiver programs,
- called appropriately enough, ARCSHELL. It's ShareWare, and
- should be available at atari.archive.

- It will allow you to select the input drive and output drives,
- which can be different drives.

- If you have enough memory, a good solution to unMSA'ing files
- is to create a RAMdisk big enough to hold the source file, and
- unMSA directly to a floppy disk. That will eliminate the
- disk swapping.
