  19. I think I can shed some light on why Darek hates Atari so much.

  21. A couple of months ago, after some angry posts here from Darek, I asked
  22. what Atari had done to him.  In an e-mail reply (which I will NOT post :-) ),
  23. he explained that the problem dated back to the days when he was working
  24. in the XFORMER 8-bit emulator.  Atari refused to let him sell it with the
  25. BIOS chips (I believe he said they wouldn't sell the chips to him in the
  26. first place).  Darek was less than pleased with this action, and thus began
  27. his personal vendetta against Atari Corp.
  28.  
  29. While I think that Darek has over-reacted a bit to this action by Atari,
  30. (Dave Small's relations with Apple seem much better Darek and Atari's)
  31. I accept the fact that he feels that Atari did him wrong, and nothing
  32. any of us say is going to change that.
