- Has anyone had problems with the stepper motor in the 1050
- drive. The one in our drive at home died, the magnet on the
- spindle cracked and came off, however we fixed it with
- superglue. So what I want to Know is if this is a common problem
- and if it can be prevented, or what caused the problem at all
- (it is possible that the drive was dropped from a height,
- younger brothers you know). More importantly can this stepper or
- an equivalent be purchased (N.B. I live in Ireland).
