  14. I wish to begin using my Apple IIe for telecommunications.  The system 
  15. contains a memory expansion card to 128 k and a super serial card II.  I 
  16. would like to attach an external modem to the serial card.

  18. I'm very new on the specs of the IIe, so my questions may seem a little out 
  19. of place, but, to what pattern do I set the DIP switches on the serial 
  20. card?  Also I would like a recommendation on comm software, what is 
  21. available and can be be used with other software (ie. Appleworks)?
