  24.     I had a similar problem with Proterm 3.0 and AppleWorks 3.0 when I
  25. first started printing to the bubblejet through a ProGrappler card.  The
  26. text screen would mess up, but nothing else was affected.  Your parallel
  27. card might be echoing stuff back to the computer or setting softswitches it
  28. shouldn't.  I solved the problem by setting the ProGrappler to
  29. "transparent" mode.
