- That won't help. It is only a supplement to the AppleShare server software
- which adds stuff so you can boot Apple II's from the server.

- System 7 filesharing does not support remote booting. Its purpose is to
- share files with other machines running AppleShare, not to provide remote
- booting services that less than 1% of System 7 users will use.

- I agree with the recommendation to buy a cheap used hard drive. Install
- AppleShare on that, and then there should be no problem accessing stuff on
- the Mac (which may still be set up wrong, but the Mac installer should be
- able to take care of that).
