- The speed of the 65816 is 2.8 MHz. Because of RAM refresh cycles, the effective
- speed is reduced to 2.5 MHz, but ROM has none of that, so it runs at the full
- 2.8 MHz.

- I doubt that they do, though it's possible. If I was writing a ROM CDA I'd make
- the extra effort so that it can run in ROM..
