- My favorite would be Elite. Imagine: Solid space craft would be extremely
- easy with the GS line fill capability not to mention quick; nice colors;
- great sound; even larger universe (remember it was made for a 48K machine);
- Blue Danube would play while you are auto-docking (like it did for the
- C64); even faster animation if the game took advantage of people with
- math coprocessors. This is about the only old game I play; and I keep
- hoping that I may have the time to do this just for myself (but I never
- see this happening). I can honestly say I would pay $100 for this game
- if it were spiffed up for the GS (and of course was at least as functional
- as the old one). Nothing better than becoming a bounty hunter and just
- warping into an anarchic world to kill the bad guys then getting there
- cargo. What is the trick to get into the alien warp space? Control-W?
- or was that just on the C-64? Oh well, to dream.
