The Sound Shop program included with HyperStudio 3.1 and later (maybe 3.0 as well) and the Sound Wizard program published on a recent issue of Softdisk G-S (I think it was either 35 or 36) will save sound files a sound resource files. Another program that will do the conversion is SoundConvert from Triad Venture (available from QC, Resource Central).
Sidenote, Sound Shop is currently the only sound program I know of that will _correctly_ save sound files in the AIFF and AIFF-C formats. The AE digitizing software I have and the version of AudioZap I've seen do not save AIFF correctly.
