- That's a pretty good idea. More games ought to time actions off
- of the heartbeat; but for those that don't, a system like this would
- come in handy. There's always the Zip CDA (and the TWGS CDA) where
- you can do this manually; but some automagic method is usually
- preferable. There are a few interesting design issues, but I'll
- leave those to the reader.
