- Do you want them on a 5.25" DOS 3.3 disk, a 5.25" ProDOS disk, a 3.5" modified
- DOS disk, a 3.5" ProDOS disk, or on your hard disk?
- Are you using a //e, //c or IIGS?
- There are quite a number of ways to approach your problem.
-
- Note that DOS 3.3 does not support directories, so you will probably have to
- settle for moving them to ProDOS (unless ALL the files have different names,
- and can therefore have them co-existing on the same 5.25" disk).
-
- If you have a 3.5" disk there are a number of modified DOS 3.3s that work
- with it.
- Some only allow 2 400K DOS 3.3 volumes per disk, but some allow 140K
- partitions, and some may allow varying sized partitions.
-
- If the programs are read only and you have a GS, you could move the files
- to ProDOS using ProSel or the Finder and use DOS 3.3 Launcher [eventually,
- you'll be able to use DOS 3.3 Launcher 2.0 on a //e or //c, with ProSel 8
- as the launcher].
