  11. i can't seem to find a way to fast forward to a given record with a 1/4
  12. inch cartridge tape.  i know how to skip to file marks.  "mt fsr"
  13. doesn't work, ios$seek is documented to not work the the mts$ system,
  14. lseek doesn't work.  is there any way to do this?
