- Can anyone identify the following behavior as either a virus or
- some sort of normal behavior? I use virus checkers, and rather seldom
- add new programs; I recently installed the fish distribution of MACHIV,
- which is not yet registered.
-
- Anyway, when I double-click an application icon on the workbench (I think
- it's always ones that have been "left out" of their drawers), occasionally
- instead of loading the application, I get a "screen wipe": all the icons
- simultaneously wipe from top to bottom, then restore, all in about a second.
- By "wipe," I mean the icon disappears, leaving workbench window background
- color. It goes from top to bottom on all icons at once, till the whole
- window is blank of icons (but not other overlaying windows) for a tiny
- fraction of a second.
-
- Anyone else see this sort of thing ever? This is an A3000, WB2.04.
