  41. There is a program out there called RingDetect v1.09 by Tomi Blinnikka.  It
  42. does exactly what you ask and more:

  48. This program tells you when your phone is ringing. You may specify a
  49. program for it to run when the phone rings. As extra options, it can bring
  50. the screen it was opened on to the front, display a beep and of course
  51. all options can be disabled.
