- Help! I've been trying for a while now to find an easier way to change all
- of my (many) .info files into PROJECT or TOOL types, so that I can do
- interesting things like _SEE_ my DISK icons when they aren't in a root
- directory named Disk.info, or DELETE the trashcan icons I have that I think
- are ugly.
-
- Now, I know that I can do the latter through the shell, but I'm working
- with WB - why should I have to go to the shell? And I know that many icon
- editors (if not all) let you choose the icon type when you save it. But it
- gets to be a pain when you have a couple of floppies filled with subdirs
- of icons.
-
- Does something like this exist? Can I run it from the CLI (thereby avoiding
- the WB altogether)? Can I use it via AppIcons (thereby avoiding the Shell
- altogether)? Can somebody please point me in the right direction?
-
- And if this does not exists, would any programmer out there be terribly
- interested in whipping something like this up? I'm sure it would be a
- breeze to do a shell-based one - but since I don't have a hard drive, my
- C compiler isn't really a viable option for me.
-
- Thanks a lot in advance. Please reply via email, and if there's anybody
- else who shows some interest, I'll pass it around or post a quick summary.
