- I have a question about this, too. Here is what I know: the Workbench
- 2.1/AmigaDOS 2.1 docs say it is possible to open a console on a public
- screen by typing something like NEWSHELL CON:////SCREEN <pubscreenname>
- where the slashes separate the usual width/height/position numbers.
- However, I have not been able to get the SCREEN switch to work. It
- says cannot open FROM file (meaning it is interpreting the name after the
- blank as the FROM file name. I suspect the documentation is slightly
- wrong, but I couldn't stumble on the right syntax. Does anybody know
- how to do this?
