  19. I have a 2000 with a GVP series one card, and several SCSI devices.

  21. I had a problem with SCSI disk read failures when the tape was running,
  22. This was solved by the gvpscsictrl command, with a side effect that the
  23. SCSI bus hangs until the tape finishes it's command (rewind, write,
  24. etc.).  I discovered that I was only transferring 2k at a time to the
  25. drive.  Set the jumpers on the 2150S to transfer 16k blocks (the maximum
  26. which my GVP card could transfer in one go) and you can omit the
  27. GVPSCSICTRL command.

  29. Having done that, I haven't any trouble with Ami-Back writing to my
  30. tape drive.
