  12. There is a narrow black horizontal line that extends along the
  13. screen about 1-2 pixels from the bottom.  It is not visible in all
  14. video modes.  It is visible on the insert WB disk screen.  About
  15. half-way across the screen it becomes a lighter shade and then
  16. becomes dark again.  Is this a symptom of a defective chip, design
  17. flaw, or monitor problem?
