- I have never heard of a step-down transformer that converts the
- frequency and costs $40-50! When I brought mu USA-bought A3000 to
- Sweden and inquired about this, I was told to buy a simple step-down
- transformer (for about $30) since the American A3000 doesn't mind
- 50Hz line frequency. A frequency converter was said to cost about $500!
