- the GVP roms seem to be woefully inadeqaute as far as waiting for drives
- to spin up goes, I know we had problems with an old/slow seagate on a combo.

- As long as you don't want to boot off it, the fix is simple, use
- gvpscsisctrl
- from you startup-sequence to rescan/remount any drives. This works fine for
- us.

- Ideally GVP should update their roms so that they don't just give up if a
- drive's not read when the bus is scanned, like even the CBM controllers know
- enough to do that.
