  21. the GVP roms seem to be woefully inadeqaute as far as waiting for drives
  22. to spin up goes, I know we had problems with an old/slow seagate on a combo.

  24. As long as you don't want to boot off it, the fix is simple, use
  25. gvpscsisctrl
  26. from you startup-sequence to rescan/remount any drives. This works fine for
  27. us.

  29. Ideally GVP should update their roms so that they don't just give up if a
  30. drive's not read when the bus is scanned, like even the CBM controllers know
  31. enough to do that.
