  12. Basically I want to know if it would be okay to run two drives from the
  13. rochard controller form the A500. It has its own psu that has these specs:
  14.  input - 100-250V 50-60Hz  1.2A
  15. output - 5V 3A
  16.         12V 2A

  18. ok, this is the output to the controller where I have 4 x 1meg (9bit) simms
  19. onboard, and a fan running.
  20. If I were to use a splitter from the power connector for the HD to power
  21. a 105-120 IDE drive and a 52 meg IDE drive, can the psu handle this drain?
  22. or do I have to purchase a separte psu . If I do have to purchase a psu, how
  23. do I go about adapting/using one??
