  23. For those brain-dead, non 2.0 compliant programs that have to run under a 
  24. 1.x environment (many older games come immediately to mind...) would 
  25. require that 1.x ROM in order to be able to boot-up in 1.x mode, thus the 
  26. two ROM sockets...
