- Hi All!
-
- With all of this talk about anim speed on AGA, has anyone tried Scala
- MM200 yet? It has an anim builder with two unique modes: Anim16 and
- Anim32.
-
- I have used Anim32 extensively with interlaced HAM animations with large
- Deltas, and am very pleased. Using anim5 format, they are sluggish, but
- in anim32, they play back at any speed I say! This is using an
- A3000T/030. The only problem is that on Scala currently uses this
- format, so only Scala can play back the animations (which isn't really a
- problem, unless you want to share them).
-
- From what I have read, Scala MM200 is fully AGA compatible. I have not
- been able to test this, but if it is, this may solve some of the
- problems when playing back AGA anims. Can anyone confirm this?? Scala
- MM200 is also very useful for other things, such as playing music and
- sound FX to your animation. Now if only you could time the sound FX on
- a frame-by-frame basis, instead of the current
- play-the-sound-effect-at-the-beginning-only mode which is currently
- supported.
