  16. I've run into this as well.  Not hard to duplicate:

  20. ViewTek 1.03

  22. Start ViewTek with the ICONIFY tooltype set.
  23. Double click the AppIcon.
  24. Up comes a requester asking "whatcha wanna do?"
  25. Select the far right button (I forget whether it is Cancel or Quit).
