  14. I just wanted to let everyone to know of my experience with Apex
  15. Software Publishing (aka Steve Worley).  When I first purchased their
  16. GREAT Imagine texture package, Essence, my manual was missing some
  17. pages.  Without these pages, it became very difficult to use the
  18. textures, as I didn't know what the different parameters meant.

  20. Fortunately, the back of the manual has an email address for them, so I
  21. left a message for Mr. Worley.  He replied in one day, and said that
  22. although they had not yet recieved my registration card, just give them
  23. my home address, and they would send me a new manual!  Needless to say,
  24. I did, and got a brand new, complete manual, in less than five days!

  26. People, this is GREAT public service, and would suggest that other,
  27. larger companies follow this example.

  29. BTW, the Essence textures are excellent, and make Imagine seem like a
  30. whole new package.  If you own and use Imagine, then I would strongly
  31. suggest that you purchase Essence.  It will allow you to create (using
  32. fractals) such things as smoke (from a simple cylinder) to
  33. moons/planets/suns (using a sphere).
