- Also, HamLab+ V2.0 can do it easilly.. its been referred to as "The Poor Man's
- ADPro." But needless to say this program is very impressive.. It allows me to
- load in weird formats like GIF and JPEG, flawlessly, and convert them to just
- as many other formats, which include Dynamic Hi-Res (DHR) Dynamic Ham (DHAM)
- and Sliced-Ham (SHAM), which are all technically doing the same
- thing--switching the pallete on every scanline. HamLab plus offers all the
- gingerbread that ADPro does, without sucking up so much damn memory...
- dithering algorithmns like Stucki, Floyd-Steinberg, Sierra, and a whole bunch
- of of other nice features have earned this program its rightful place along
- ADPro on my hard drive..A very slick user interface, ontop of that, in
- comparrison to ADPro's rather crude and cheezy lo-res "for the sake of saving
- chip memory" interface...HAMLab+ opens as a Workbench application, rather than
- taking up its own screen. Also has keyboard shortcuts and an Arexx port, too,
- just like ADPro..

- The guy who makes it, is named J. E. Hanway..I dont know his user adress, but
- you may want to take a look at some recent Fish Disks. The version I own (2.08)
- was released August 9, 1992.
