  11. two things:  1) did you do the same file on the same line?  different
  12. files can vary the transfer rate by that minor amount( 5/1390 *100% = 
  13. 0.3%).  and 2) BaudBandit.device does not claim to improve the transfer
  14. rate at all!, what it does claim to do is use less cpu time to do the
  15. same transfer.  While this might increase the speed, not usually!
  16. The speed of a download is determined by the sender(99.9% of the time).
