- I have a V32bis SupraFax modem with a version 1.2H ROM fitted and the
- Supra version of GPFax. In the documentation contained in the latest
- GPFax patch archive I noticed that there is a new Silent Answer feature.
- I am led to believe that this allows the fax side of the modem to share
- a voice line. Is this the case? The GPFax patch release notes suggest
- referring to the instructions from Supra for information on setting this
- up.
-
- The problem is that none of the documentation which came with my modem
- mentions this feature of the SupraFax. Are the 1.2H ROMS capable of
- 'Silent Answer' and, if so, how is it set up?
-
- Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
