It's availabel on some 2.04 install disks.  Mine has it, some claim thier's
doesn't.  The exact directory it was hidden in escapes me now though.  The
2.04 update procedure checks for it and updates it as well.  The file size
is 7880 bytes.  My 2.1 disks also have the same driver.  Hope that helps.
