- The now defunct ClickFAX software/hardware combination from Black
- Belt has a utility like that. First, one creates a blank cover sheet using
- PageStream. Then one prints it as a giant IFF file. After that, one uses
- the CSG (Cover Sheet Generator - an AREXX utility) to define areas of the IFF
- as fields and name them. After that, every time one wants to generate a FAX
- cover sheet it requires opening a shell, executing CSG, and responding to the
- prompts (e.g. To? From? Date? Message?).
