  26.    I have been using EasyLedgers now for about 3 - 4 years (bought it
  27. when it first came out in Canada) and for the most part we have been
  28. quite happy.  My wife's business is a retail business (sales are around
  29. $40K) and that means that an integrated inventory system is critical to 
  30. having a usable accounting system.  Using Superbase would mean writing 
  31. an entire accounting system - not feasible in my books.

  33.   While EasyLedgers has a few small bugs (notably Spooled Invoices) and a few
  34. enchancements that would improve it greatly, it has been good enough for
  35. our business.  My wife is not a computer person and finds EasyLedgers quite
  36. easy to use (it has a good intuition interface).  In addition to the standard
  37. reports, information can be dumped out in spreadsheet format for customized
  38. reporting.  Also, we got good support from Brown-Waugh when we bought the 
  39. product (are they still in business?).

  41.   Nimbus (which I also own) was a piece of junk - if anyone wants
  42. to buy it from me, I would certainly listen to any offer.

  44.   Now, I was under the impression that SIA was some kind of enhancement
  45. to EasyLedgers, but perhaps this isn't so.  If it was, I would have
  46. expected it to be of the same quality since it's from the same people.
