  17. It detects illegal memory acceses by programs. It only works in conjunction
  18. with a MMU as in the 68030. Any direct Hardware-access or access to the
  19. exception vectors e.g. is protocolled (enforcer hits) to the serial
  20. interface (or parallel interface).
