  12. A while back I asked where I could find the ONE TRUE EDITOR for
  13. my amiga via FTP.  I received many helpful replies and I now am
  14. running GNU Emacs 18.58 on my unaccelerated A2000 and, while it
  15. it a little bit sluggish (what do you expect from a 68000), I have
  16. now reached "editing nirvana".

  18. Since I today recieved a email message from someone desiring 
  19. enlignment, I thought I would post two of the many messages I

  36.     I suggest you simply get GNU Emacs 18.58 for your Amiga!
  37. It's available by ftp from amiga.physik.unizh.ch in 2 files,
  38. names beginning like:

  114. NOTE: some of these files/archives are very large.  Often they contain
  115. source or other files you may not need.  If you are sending the files to
  116. yourself over the phone lines, or other slow medium for which you may have
  117. to pay, use the appropriate archiver on your UNIX system beforehand to
  118. delete all unneeded files in the archive.  The most common archiving format
  119. is .lzh and .lha, use the lha program for these.  See Appendix A for UNIX
  120. versions of archiving programs (lha, zoo, unzip).  See note in Appendix B
