  13. I had trouble with TPP when I first installed it last month.  The problem
  14. was that nplain.fmt was missing from the bigformats directory.  I was able
  15. to build it using initex and macros/gnplain.initex.  That solved my
  16. problem.  If you keep getting errors about not being able to find the
  17. default format that's probably your problem too.
