  22. Hi, I'm the author of Contact (just to put my bias up-front)!
  23. Contact has always been a commercial product (well, since it's release).
  24. The version on Fish 618 is an earlier demo version (unfortunately the
  25. 'contents' text doesn't state that).

  27. Contact will do all the things you mention above - print address labels/
  28. envelopes, dial the phone, and it has an ARexx port for total ARexx control.
  29. It can also launch ARexx scripts, and cut and paste addresses to/from
  30. the clipboard. It also allows you to keep free text notes pertaining
  31. to each address entry (stored in a separate file).

  35. Obviously, I'd recommend you buy Contact 2.0. It is available in the
  36. USA from Consultron. I'm sure it will meet all your address/phone book
  37. requirements.

  39. Regarding the appointment/calendar application, I've been wanting to
  40. write something just like you describe, but unfortunately don't have
  41. the time. I could use one too!
