  16. We have had similar problems. I do not _exactly_ know what caused it, but
  17. we solved it eventually:

  19. We tightened the drive too fast, which probably caused the structure of the
  20.     hard disk to be bend. It does *not* like it. Try to loosen the
  21.     screws a bit, or use 3 in stead of 4 screws.

  23. We eventually fixed our hard drive with 2 screws and double-sided adhesive
  24. foam tape. It cured our problem, and the strange construction has been working
  25. for the last 2 years without a problem. Weird eh?
