- We have had similar problems. I do not _exactly_ know what caused it, but
- we solved it eventually:

- We tightened the drive too fast, which probably caused the structure of the
- hard disk to be bend. It does *not* like it. Try to loosen the
- screws a bit, or use 3 in stead of 4 screws.

- We eventually fixed our hard drive with 2 screws and double-sided adhesive
- foam tape. It cured our problem, and the strange construction has been working
- for the last 2 years without a problem. Weird eh?
