- Message_MenusDeleted (&400C9). It is sent when a menu is deleted, without a
- selection having been made (mouse click outside the menu, another task pops
- up a menu, this task pops up a different menu). Message block+20 contains
- the menu pointer for the menu tree which was deleted.
