- I think you'll find that the "marketing blitz" was targetted on certain groups-
- for example, the TV adverts weren't shown in the London area because apparently
- statistics & research show that people there can't afford Acorn machines at
- the moment (debts, mortgage arrears etc).

- As far as Dixons branches are concerned, I guess that everyone (even Acorn)
- is aware how abominable many of them are at pushing Acorn machines - I don't
- suppose that Acorn could do any more than they have done, and it is better
- that the machines are on every high street rather than not at all.
