  23. There are differences in the way the serial port is handled under RO 3.1;
  24. I had some problems with ArcTerm7 after upgrading. However, I found that
  25. RMLoading the new module !System.Modules.SerialUtil at boot time cured the
  26. problems (it *must* be loaded before the serial port is ever used). Have
  27. you tried this?
