  17. Here's the article I believe Frank was thinking of (it pays to be a packrat
  18. sometimes, eh? :-)  Perhaps if enough folks knock on her electronic door,
  19. we'll get some results.  I would have posted the last edition of the FAQ,
  20. but I'm afraid that someone else may have already done so.  Maybe Helen
  21. needs some help.
