- About a year ago I rescued my 7300 from a dumpster. It had a broken
- keyboard, so I arranged to get a used from through Weird Stuff Warehouse
- (via another netter) When I got the keyboard, it was missing a space
- bar. No problem, I have a spare on my old keyboard, right?
-
- Wrong. My old keyboard had keyswitches that were "male" with female
- keycaps. The new one has "female" keyswitches with male keycaps. I was
- able to hack the spacebar so that it works, but it is less than perfect.
-
- I am looking for:
-
- o A new spacebar with a male attachment and the associated metal
- rod for connecting it.
-
- OR
-
- o A different keyboard that has all its keycaps that is CHEAP.
-
- Thanks for any help you can provide.
