  11.     I am talking to some folks within AT&T about what
  12. compliance to ISO 9000-3 entails. This is a standard that (roughly)
  13. specifies various aspects of industrial strength software
  14. development processes. there are a few concepts i would like
  15. to clarify with anyone who is at least somewhat experienced
  16. with ISO 9000-3. could any such folks please email me at
